In the Spirit of the Thanksgiving season, Swedish Imports Will be Awarding a 1993 Volvo a Deserving Family in our Community ...~ THE BASICS ~ WHAT: 1993 Volvo 940 Turbo 4-door Sedan and one year of oil changes to the selected family. REQUIREMENTS: There must be a genuine level of need for the vehicle. Moreover the family must be residents of the townships of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Arundel or Wells. One individual in the household must have a current, valid Driver's License. Family must show proof of insurance on the vehicle before it is released to them. HOW: Nomination letters or emails should be addressed to Mike Kuna, Swedish Imports, 96 York Street, Kennebunk, ME 04043 or hand delivered. Email to info @ saabvolvo.com are also acceptable. KENNEBUNK — Before Thanksgiving and the holiday season beings, Swedish Imports of Kennebunk will be giving away a car to a family in need in the community. Business owner Mike Kuna is asking friends, families and neighbors to write in letters of recommendation, nominating a family they believe should receive a car. Kuna and Swedish Imports employees will all read the letters and choose a family before Thanksgiving. "The employees feel good about donating the car," said Kuna. "Especially around the holidays."
